2. AJ Henning

Snagging wide receiver AJ Henning might be the most difficult thing for the Illinois football program to do right now. He is one of the most talented players in the country, but it seems like he is eyeing another team.

Henning is a 5-foot-10, 175-pound wide receiver from Lincoln-Way East High School in Frankfort, Illinois. He is rated as a four-star recruit who is the No. 76 player in the class of 2020 and the No. 15 wide receiver in the nation. He is also the best player in the state of Illinois as well.

I would love to land Henning, but it seems like Notre Dame will always pick off the best wide receiver out of the state of Illinois every recruiting class. They are the favorites to land Henning right now at 100-percent. But, Illinois does seem to be right there with Michigan and Ohio State as well, according to 247Sports.

Henning was a part of the festivities that happened this weekend in Champaign. Illinois had a ton of recruits up for one of their practices. The Illini were also able to land a few players as well. It would have been nice to snag Henning, but I am realistic.

This is going to be a tough recruitment for the Orange and Blue. I think Illinois has their hands full here. If they can get Henning, then I would count that as an upset.
