Nojel Eastern (Meanstreets)

Nojel Eastern is a teammate of Verges and a really good player from Evanston, Illinois. I like how Eastern plays and he is one of the top players that I want Illinois to snag for 2017.

Eastern is more of an overall threat than Verge. He has more options to score as well.

I like how Eastern has been shooting well from the free throw line, making 75-percent of his shots. This goes a long way in winning games in the Big Ten.

Through 11 games in the EYBL, Eastern has shown he can play with some of the top talents in the nation. He has averaged 8.8 PPG while also pulling down 4.5 RPG.

I could see Illinois using Eastern in multiple positions in the future. He can be used on the wing at times but I could also see him getting to the rim.

The Illini would be getting a pretty good player in Eastern. This is why I think he is one of the top players for Illinois to get in 2017.
