On Thursday afternoon, Bret Beherns of WCIA 3 News released the official complaint by the state of Kansas against Shannon. The complaint read:

Count 1 is a felony charge, with a minimum of 147 months to a maximum of 653 months in prison and/or a fine up to $300,000
