12. Indiana Hoosiers 6-6 (3-6 Big Ten)

Indiana hit the revamp button this offseason and got a new coach and some new players. It might take a minute for everything to come together, though. I still have the Hoosiers getting six wins.

  • Biggest Wins: Maryland, Washington

The backend of the Indiana schedule is tough, but I think this team could look good on the front end. The Big Ten opener against Maryland is crucial. Getting a win in this game would be a huge tone-setter for the rest of the season.

I have Indiana also taking down Washington in the middle of the season. This would clinch a bowl berth for the Hoosiers just eight games into the 2024 campaign.

  • Biggest Losses: @ Michigan State, Purdue

There are a couple of losses that could go either way in my eyes. I have Indiana losing to both Michigan State and Indiana.

The Spartans are a wild card with a new quarterback, so they could be tough to game plan for. I think the Purdue and Indiana rivalry is underrated. You have to throw out the records for this matchup. Purdue has a defense that could give the Hoosiers some trouble.

  • Biggest Threats: Maryland, Washington

I think Maryland could be bad this season, but they are the Big Ten opener for Indiana this season. This game is huge, and while I have the Hoosiers winning, it is going to be tough to start off on the right foot.

The game against Washington is going to be tough as well. The Huskies, while a new team, still pose a big threat. I think Indiana wins, but this game could go either way.
