Illinois football is building a brand, as there are numerous players scattered throughout the NFL.

Some of the Illini players are in the NFL via the draft, but other players have worked their way up from the undrafted ranks.

Honestly, I can’t remember the last time this many Illinois players suited up in the NFL. It shows you the true potential of the Illinois football program.

Week three of the NFL preseason is crucial to making the roster. A good performance could mean a contract for at least the 2023 season.
