Antonio Munoz – Meanstreets (EYBL)

There are many big names hovering around the AAU circuit, but one name that is bubbling at the surface is Antonio Munoz. He is a name that isn’t huge right now, but within the next year, he will be a household name at the high school level.

As of right now, Munoz is not rated or ranked by any of the recruiting sites. 247Sports doesn’t even have him registered on its site, and Rivals has his profile up but doesn’t have stars or a ranking.

The 6-foot-5, 185-pound forward, out of Whitney Young High School in Chicago, is suiting up for the Meanstreets AAU team in the Peach Jam that is currently taking place. He is a member of the class of 2025, so the fact that the Meanstreets coaching staff elevated Munoz is a pretty big deal.

Through three games, all of which were victories, Munoz saw reserved minutes and averaged 2.7 points and 2.0 rebounds per contest. His best game came against JL3 where he played eight minutes and put up eight points, three rebounds, and one steal.

Munoz hasn’t even started his junior year of high school and he is already playing with the elite talent at the AAU level. This kid is going to be a big-time talent, and I want Illinois to be all over his recruitment.

Next. A near 20-20 game for Morez Johnson Jr. at the Peach Jam. dark
