When does March Madness start? Tipoff date for men’s & women’s tournaments, NIT

March Madness 2023 has a chance to be crazier than ever, so let’s get you all the information you need to have the best experience possible.

Last year, the Illini were able to get through to the second round of the NCAA tournament only to lose by double-digits to Houston. Hopefully, this time around, Illinois can make a push deep into the postseason.

On the women’s side of the NCAA tournament, Illinois is looking at their first berth in the postseason since 2003. During that dry spell, we made the NIT on multiple occasions.
