Illinois basketball played one of their worst games in years against Marquette last week.

That ugly game is behind the Illini, and there is a full season in front of them. You better believe the Orange and Blue will look better against Cincinnati.

Illinois vs. Cincinnati odds for Monday, November 22

WynnBET likes Illinois again this week. They have the Illini as 9.5-point favorites over Cincinnati. You are getting -110 odds on either side, so if you lay $100 down, you would take home $190.91.

Illinois’ moneyline is pretty large for this game. The Bearcats are getting +350 odds while the Illini are at -470. So, if you bet $100 on Cincinnati to win straight-up, you would take home $450. On the other hand, if you bet $100 on Illinois to win straight-up, you would take home $121.28.

The over-under is about where most Illinois games land. The over-under is 137.5 points. Either side of this bet gets you odds of -110. If you bet $100 on either side, you take home $190.91.

Illinois injury report vs. Cincinnati for Monday, November 22

For the first time this season, it looks like the Illinois basketball team is going to be in full health. Kofi Cockburn returns from his suspension. Austin Hutcherson is also likely to play his first minutes with the team after transferring into the program two years ago. Illinois is at full-go against the Bearcats.

Illinois vs. Cincinnati prediction for Monday, November 22

Illinois has been really good the last two seasons coming off a defeat. Excluding the four-game losing streak the Illini had two years ago due to Ayo Dosunmu being injured, the Illini are 11-2 with an average winning margin of 13.1 points in games after losses. The only two losses Illinois had were to top 25 programs by a combined seven points.

With that being said, take Illinois and the -9.5. A fully healthy Illini squad has a chance to put up a number against Cincinnati.

Obviously, take the Illini straight-up as well. If you want to do the over-under, I would say go with the over 137.5 points. I could see Illinois putting up 90 points on Monday night, which means Cincinnati would just need 48 points for the over to hit.
