4. Theodore Lockley – Top 10

Not all playmakers come in 6-foot-3 frames. There are some talented recruits how can ball being average height. I think Theodore Lockley can be a great player for whatever program he picks based on what he can do on the field.

Lockley is a 6-foot, 175-pound athlete from Mainland High School and resides in Daytona Beach, Florida. He is rated as a three-star recruit who is the No. 1410 player in the class of 2021 and the No. 96 athlete in the nation. He is also the No. 204 player in the state of Florida.

Despite the ranking 247Sports gives Lockley, this kid performs well on the football field. He is coming into the college game as a wide receiver too. Lockley’s recruitment is starting to come to an end, as he has already cut his top list down to 10 teams. The 10 programs that made the cut include Middle Tennessee State, Western Kentucky, Toledo, UConn, Bowling Green, Kent State, Rutgers, Appalachian State, Florida Atlantic and Illinois.

There are some good programs on Lockely’s top 10. I think Florida Atlantic is going to be up there, but Illinois should have the lead in this recruitment. When it is all said and done, I wouldn’t be shocked to see the Illini come away with this commitment.
