Recruiting Take

Buckle up Illinois fans, Adam Miller’s recruitment is the biggest since, well, Ayo Dousnmu just a few years back. Miller is a great guard who can help bridge the gap between Ayo and the future. That is why I want this kid. He is a big-time player.

It looks like Miller is close to making a decision considering his official visits are about completed. It wouldn’t surprise me to still see Kansas somehow sneak in and get one too. But I think this is Illinois’ recruitment to lose. I think we are in the lead here and always have been. If we miss out on Miller, that would be a bad look for the program.

Fit

A player this talented would fit in with any team. There isn’t a worry about fit with Miller. Ayo Dosunmu and Trent Frazier will both depart in the next couple of years leaving a massive hole to fill. Miller would come in and be a great replacement for either of these great guards.
