4. Jahleel Billingsley

Like previously mentioned, Illinois is getting their quarterback situation in order and this will help multiple areas on the field. That includes the tight end position and potentially Jahleel Billingsley.

Billingsley is a 6-foot-5, 225-pound tight end from Phillips Academy in Chicago, Illinois. He is rated as a four-star recruit who is the No. 260 player in the class of 2019 and the No. 4 player in the state of Illinois. Getting him would be a great pickup for the Illini considering the recruiting attention he is bringing in.

Right now, Billingsley has a wide range of offers with the likes of Ohio State, Florida and Penn State all vying for his commitment, among others. Getting him to stay home is going to be the tough part, but the Illini are still recruiting him hard.

Illinois is still in the mix for Billingsley as of right now. He liked the program enough to come take a visit this past weekend. He also posted on Twitter that his cut to five teams will be coming soon. I would imagine the Illini will probably make this list but who knows.

Billingsley would be a nice addition to the Illini offense. He and Louis Dorsey would make a great one-two punch at tight end. They would be a force to be reckoned with in the Big Ten.
