The career of running back Kendrick Foster has been up and down at Illinois. It was within the last year that he was looking to transfer out of the program

Foster is going to be competing for the backup role on the team this season. He has some serious talent and that is going to be on display this year.
I am excited to see what Foster can do in short yardage situations. He has a quick burst off the line and then is a monster to bring down after that.
In the short time, Foster saw playing time in 2015 he did pretty well. He had 15 carries for 78 yards and a touchdown.
Foster’s best game came against Minnesota late in the year last season. He had 11 carries for 56 yards.
Watch out for Foster to be the primary backup running back this season. If he wins the role he could be a big impact player and a running back that could make a difference.
