The Indiana football team has been extremely depressing over the years.  They have some pretty good talent year in and year out, but it never produces on the field.

The Hoosiers are led by head coach Kevin Wilson.  He led Indiana to their first bowl game in a while last season and finished with a record of 6-7.

Making a bowl game with Indiana is a big feat, but so is having a 6 win season.  This is going to change in 2016, though.

A part of being a head coach is recruiting and that has failed Wilson in his time with Indiana.  He has an average recruiting ranking of 52nd in the nation over the last three recruiting classes.

This isn’t good considering to win you need players.  Wilson hasn’t been able to grab the talent in the recruiting ranks.

Indiana is also losing their starting quarterback and running back from last year’s team.  It will be extremely difficult to get back to a bowl game in 2016.

Since Wilson did a good job with the Hoosiers last year and did make a bowl, this helped him in the rankings.  I think he will struggle this season but he is still the No. 10 head coach on our list.
