Jeremiah Tilmon (St Louis Eagles)

One of the prized centers in the class of 2017 is Jeremiah Tilmon.  He is a 6-foot-10 big man that many programs are after.

Illinois did have the inside track at snagging Tilmon but since that moment, he has received many offers and is looking at other programs now.

But, I still think the Illini have a shot at getting Tilmon.  He still recognizes Illinois was there recruiting him before anyone else and that means a lot to him.

Tilmon hasn’t done much in the EYBL just yet.  He has been dealing with a shoulder injury that has kept him out most of the season.

Tilmon did get a chance to play this last game for the Eagles.  He only played 9 minutes but still put up 7 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.

I want Illinois to get Tilmon.  He is the No. 2 priority on my list of players for 2017, next to Goodwin.  I think if Illinois could snag both the future would be extremely bright.
