Illinois Football: Projected Offensive Depth Chart
WR Malik Turner
Next: WR Justin Hardee
The 2015 season was supposed to be promising for the Illinois offense, but when Dudek went down in the spring everything changed.

Despite the injury to Dudek, this opened the door for Malik Turner to show the world what skill set he really has.
Turner came into the Illinois football program not highly recruited whatsoever. He only had one other program, Ball State, to offer him a scholarship.
Despite the lack of interest in the recruiting Illinois still found a gem.
Turner did well his first season in Champaign. He caught 25 passes for 256 yards and one touchdown.
In 2015 Turner put up almost double the numbers from the year before. He caught 39 passes for 510 yards and three touchdowns.
This season Turner will once again be without Dudek but this time I think he will be stepping up into the No. 1 receiver role.
I look for Turner to continue increasing his numbers from last season. I am thinking he is going to be around 50 receptions for somewhere in the ball park of 650-700 yards.
