Illinois football has had a rough road as far as coaching is concerned over the last three season. They have dealt with a terrible regime, but I think everything is starting to calm down.
With interim head coach Bill Cubit at the helm the Illinois football team seems to be rallying around the coaching staff. There is a positive vibe coming from the program.
This positive vibe has transitioned over to the fans. The Illinois fan base seems to be behind the team 100% and are looking forward to seeing them win in 2015.

Despite the good vibes and the hopes of winning, have we found the new head coach?
Cubit has been doing well since taking over, but there are bound to be other options out there as well. I like Cubit and what he has done with the program thus far. The other options are intriguing though.
The one thing I know about the coaching search is that Illinois needs to stay as far away from the MAC Conference as possible.
There are going to be many options after the 2015 season has concluded. Will Illinois keep Cubit or move on to a bigger fish?
Here are the top five coaches I would like to see Illinois either keep or go after next season.
