Bentley is underrated overall as a player.  He will be taken in the 2016 NFL Draft not because he is a shut-down corner but because he is an athlete.

Bentley has had an okay career thus far with the Illinois football team.  Last season he managed to rack up 46 total tackles.  He also added in an interception that was returned for a touchdown.  The one stat that will make him a draftable candidate is that he can return the ball as well.

During his sophomore and junior years Bentley returned kickoffs and punts for the Illinois football team.

Last season he put up some pretty solid stats on special teams.  He had 32 kickoff returns in the 12 games he played averaging 21.6 yards per return.   He also had 12 punt returns that had an average of 10.3 yards per return.

This is going to be the key for Bentley to be drafted.  He has to have a solid year on defense and an even bigger year on special teams.

Look for Bentley to be a steal in the 2016 NFL Draft.  I think he will be drafted somewhere between the 5th round and the 7th round.

Bentley will be drafted in the 2016 NFL Draft.
