Two Super Bowl rings make it hard to not call Dave Diehl the best Illinois offensive lineman in the NFL today.
For years, Diehl had the pleasure of blocking for one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL in Eli Manning. Yes, the Browns do not have any QBs near Manning on their roster, but that doesn’t mean Diehl wouldn’t be a huge boost to their O-Line.
Brian Hoyer might actually have a chance to do something in Cleveland if Dave Diehl was apart of his offensive line every week.
