Penn State’s hiring of James Franklin could go down as the best hiring in PSU football history.
Franklin was able to build the Vanderbilt program into a respected SEC program. Take his top Vandy recruits and put them in a PSU uniform.
That’s what the Big Ten could see once the 2015 recruiting class actually hits the football field for James Franklin.
