Three-star 2014 tight end recruit Jordan Feuerbacher is receiving interest from quite a few college football teams, but that interest has not translated to offers thus far in his recruitment. Although, he did receive an offer from the Oregon State Beavers of the Pac-12 on March 21st. The Beavers finished last season 9-4 overall and 6-3 in the Pac-12.

The Humble, Texas recruit currently has offers from the Oregon State Beavers, Illinois Fighting Illini, Texas State Bobcats, and Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners.

Feuerbacher has received some in-state interest with the Texas A&M Aggies and Baylor Bears showing interest in him. Although, most of the interest has come from the SEC. He currently has five SEC teams interested in him.

On top of Texas A&M, the Auburn Tigers, LSU Tigers, Missouri Tigers, and Vanderbilt Commodores are the other SEC teams to have showed interest in the Texas recruit. I wouldn’t be surprised to see some of these teams throw an offer at Feuerbacher soon.

Feuerbacher is a 6’5″, 240 pound tight end from Humble, Texas. He is currently a junior at Kingwood Park High School. As a junior in 2012, Feuerbacher recorded 156 receiving yards on nine receptions. (Source: 247 Sports)

He has future visits planed with Arizona State (Junior Day) on March 23rd, Texas A&M on April 5th, and Baylor on April 6th.

The three-star recruit is currently ranked 86th in the state of Texas and 18th among tight ends among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.

Out of his five offers, it is projected that Smith is heavily interested in Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

The Oakland Patriots made it to the Class 6A Tennessee State Playoffs. They lost to Siegel High School, 13-58, in their first round game.

As a junior in 2012, Smith recorded 77 tackles, one interception, and four forced fumbles.

The three-star recruit is currently ranked 26th in the state of Tennessee and 61st among safeties by 247Sports.

Smith is scheduled to visited the Vanderbilt Commodores on March 23rd for the school’s junior day.
