The Ohio State Buckeyes had coaches visit Benjamin Bosse High School in Evansville, Indiana to watch 2014 shooting guard Jaquan Lyle on March 1st.

The Benjamin Bosse Bulldogs played Reitz Memorial High School on March 1st. The Bulldogs won the game by a score of 87-82. Lyle scored 41 points, hauled in 21 rebounds, and dished out six assists. He had a pure amazing performance for a high school recruit.

Lyle has offers from eighteen teams. These teams include: Illinois, Indiana, Louisville, Ohio State, Cincinnati, Georgetown, North Carolina State, Tennessee, Texas, Iowa, Memphis, Miami, Michigan State, Oklahoma State, Providence, Purdue, Wake Forest, and Xavier.

Although, he has stated that he has cut his options down to eleven teams.

It is projected that he is heavily interested in Illinois, Indiana, Louisville, and Ohio State.

Lyle is a 6’5″, 190 pound shooting guard from Evansville, Indiana. He plays at Bosse High School.

The Boosse Bulldogs are currently 18-5 this season.

The five-star recruit is currently ranked 2nd in the state of Indiana, 7th among shooting guards, and 19th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.

Lyle would be a huge pick-up for whatever team he commits to. He is a smooth combo guard (can play the point or shooting guard). He can get into the lane, create shots for his teammates, and create shots for himself. The range on his shot is up to 19 feet.
