The Big Ten is filled with talented basketball coaches that are wanted in the college basketball world.

When ranking the coaches from the best to worst in the Big Ten, it was amazing how far I could go down the list and still not find a truly bad coach.

This list is really looking at the last three years of coaching in particular.  But, I also took into account the history of the coach as well as the recruiting ability.

Some towards the top are there because they found success and went on a run in the postseason.  That coach also has a history of being successful, though.

The coaches toward the bottom are the ones who haven’t seen the postseason in a while or are new to a school that has struggled at basketball.

There are many factors that went into the rankings of the top coaches in the Big Ten and some of you might not agree with me for one reason or another.

I am also trying to look at this from a non-bias perspective.  As an Illinois fan, it is hard to do that at times.

But, with this rankings list, I think I did a good job and hopefully not too many Illinois fans are mad.

Here is the Big Ten Basketball Coach Rankings.
