However, Deion Hallmon is currently the most interested in the Miami Hurricanes. Miami has yet to offer at the Florida prospect, but that could change as he has visited the Hurricanes twice last season (only other visit was to Purdue).

The three-star recruit is currently ranked 65th in the state of Florida and 44th among cornerbacks by 247Sports.

Can’t blame these kids for passing Illinois over. They want to go with a winner.Lets hope coach Beckman can have a favorable 2nd season and maybe this will help to attract some 4/5star talent to Illinois. Then maybe you can help us out and “Beat Mich”.”Go Buckeyes”.

Couldn’t agree more. Illinois needs to be successful to get better recruits. Part of me though sees what Beckman is trying to do and thinks back to “The U” with guys like Michael Irvin. Let’s just hope Illinois can be as successful as that team was.

      Thanks for the comment!
