Minnesota Football Recruiting: Illinois Offers Frank Ragnow

On My 9th, the Illinois Fighting Illini extended an offer out to 2014 offensive tackle Frank Ragnow. Ragnow is a top five recruit from the state of Minnesota. He has a rating of an 87 on 247 Sports and is ranked 540th overall in the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.

The three-star Minnesota native currently has received offers from the Florida State Seminoles, Illinois Fighting Illini, Indiana Hoosiers, Minnesota Golden Gophers, Missouri Tigers, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Pittsburgh Panthers, South Florida Bulls, and Vanderbilt Commodores.

After looking at his junior film, Frank Ragnow is a STRONG offensive lineman.

He stands tall at 6’6″, and weighs 286 pounds. He uses his size and frame to push defenders back as far as he wants. On one play, he easily pushed a defender back 15-20 yards before taking him to the ground.

This recruit is big and strong. He could make an impact on any offensive line in the NCAA.

The three-star recruit is currently ranked 2nd in the state of Minnesota and 46th among offensive tackles by 247Sports.
