Illinois Football Recruiting: Vanderbilt Offers Kiy Hester

2014 athlete Kiy Hester received an offer from the Vanderbilt Commodores on March 14th. This brings his total number of offers to fifteen.

The other teams to have offered at him include: Maimi (FL), Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Arkansas, Boston College, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Rutgers, Syracuse, and West Virginia.

It is projected that Hester is heavily interested in the Miami Hurricanes, the Michigan Wolverines, the Michigan State Spartans, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Also, he has not received offers, but is receiving interest from the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, the Florida Gators, the North Carolina Tar Heels, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Penn State Nittany Lions, and the Wisconsin Badgers.

Hester is a 6’0″, 200 pound athlete from Wayne, New Jersey. He is currently a junior at St. Joseph Regional High School.

The St. Joseph Green Knights made it to the Non-Public Group 3 New Jersey State Playoffs. They won the state championship over Delbarton High School, 37-9.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 6th in the state of New Jersey, 15th among athletes, and 172nd nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
