2014 running back Mikale Wilbon received an offer from the Cincinnati Bearcats on March 13th. This brings his total number of offers to twelve.

The other teams to have offered at him include: Arizona, Arizona State, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Mississippi State, Purdue, and Vanderbilt.
Also, he has not received offers, but is receiving interest from Arkansas, Florida State, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
Wilbon is a 5’9″, 195 pound running back from Chicago, Illinois. He is currently a junior at De La Salle Institute.
The De La Salle Meteors finished with a record of 4-5 overall and 4th in the Chicago Catholic – White. They did not make the Illinois State Playoffs.
As a junior this season, Wilbon recorded 863 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns.
During the past two years, he has rushed for 2,497 yards and 26 rushing touchdowns.
Wilbon is being recruited by Lester Erb of the Iowa Hawkeyes, Mike Locksley of the Maryland Terrapins, Tim Brewster of the Mississippi State Bulldogs, Don Landholm of the Purdue Boilermakers, and Jeff Hecklinski of the Michigan Wolverines.
The four-star recruit is currently ranked 4th in the state of Illinois, 11th among running backs, and 152nd nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
