Illinois Football Recruiting: Louisville Offers Devin Pike


2014 tight end Devin Pike received an offer from the Louisville Cardinals on March 11th. This brings his total number of offers to four.

The other teams to have offered at him include: the Boston College Eagles, the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Louisville Cardinals, and the Western Michigan Broncos.

Also, he has not received offers, but is receiving interest from the Akron Zips, the Cincinnati Bearcats, the Indiana Hoosiers, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Pike is a 6’5″, 225 pound tight end from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently a junior at Elder High School.

The Elder Panthers made it to the Division I Cincinnati State Playoffs. They lost to Colerain High School, 35-34, in their second round game. Elder High School finished the season with an overall record of 8-4. They were also ranked tenth in the state of Cincinnati and 81st in the nation.
