Michigan State Football Recruiting: Brian Allen Visits Illinois

2014 center/defensive tackle Brian Allen attended the Illinois Fighting Illini’s Junior Day on March 9th.

Allen has offers from nine teams. The teams to have offered at him include: Maryland, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ole Miss, and Purdue.

It is projected that Allen is heavily interested in the Michigan State Spartans.

Also, he has not received offers, but is receiving interest from the Miami Hurricanes, the Michigan Wolverines, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Northwestern Wildcats, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Oregon Ducks, and the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Allen is a 6’2″, 273 pound iron man from Hinsdale, Illinois. He is currently a junior at Hinsdale Central High School.

The Hinsdale Central Red Devils made it to the Class 8A Illinois State Playoffs. However, they lost to Oak Park-River Forest High School, 24-28, in the first round.

According to 247Sports, Brian Allen is the younger brother of Michigan State 2011 signee, Jack Allen.

The three-star recruit is currently ranked 13th in the state of Illinois and 2nd among centers by 247Sports.
