Illinois Football Recruiting: Jarrett LaRubbio Visits Ohio State

2014 offensive tackle Jarrett LaRubbio unofficially visited the Ohio State Buckeyes on March 7th.

LaRubbio has offers from ten teams. The teams to have offered at him include: Pittsburgh, Akron, Arizona State, Bowling Green, Duke, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Nebraska, Ohio, and Toledo.

It is projected that LaRubbio is heavily interested in the Pittsburgh Panthers.

Also, he has not received offers, but is receiving interest from the Cincinnati Bearcats, the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Indiana Hoosier, the Michigan Wolverines, the Michigan State Spartans, the Northwestern Wildcats, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Penn State Nittany Lions, the West Virginia Mountaineers, and the Wisconsin Badgers.

LaRubbio is a 6’5″, 260 pound offensive lineman from Middletown, Ohio. He is currently a junior at Lakota East High School.

The Lakota East Thunderhawks made it to the Division I Ohio State Playoffs. They lost to eventual state champion, Archbishop Moeller High School, in the second round, 46-20.

According to 247 Sports, LaRubbio runs a 5.30 40-yard dash.
