Illinois Basketball Recruiting: Evan Boudreaux Visits Wisconsin

2015 power forward Evan Boudreaux unofficially visited the Wisconsin Badgers on March 3rd. The Badgers lost to the Purdue Boilermakers, 69-56, on that day.

Boudreaux has offers from two teams. The teams to have offered at him are the Boston College Eagles and the Northwestern Wildcats.

Also, he has not received offers, but is receiving interest from the Butler Bulldogs, the DePaul Blue Devils, the Harvard Crimson, the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Michigan Wolverines, the Michigan State Spartans, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Oregon State Beavers, the Purdue Boilermakers, the Stanford Cardinal, the Tennessee Volunteers, the UCLA Bruins, the Virginia Cavaliers, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, the Wisconsin Badgers, and the Yale Bulldogs.

Boudreaux is a 6’7″, 210 pound power forward from Lake Forest, Illinois. He is currently a sophomore at Lake Forest High School.

The Lake Forest Scouts finished the regular season with an overall record of 19-7 and a North Suburban – Lakes conference record of 6-6.

They made it to the Waukegan Sectional of the Class AAAA Illinois State Playoffs. They had a first round bye and defeated Hersey High School, 69-45, in the second round. However, Mundel High School beat the Scouts, 59-58, in their third round game.

In their game against Mundel, Boudreaux recorded a double-double with 17 points and ten rebounds.

Evan Boudreaux has visits with Purdue and Michigan scheduled for March 9th and March 10th.
