Illinois Football Recruiting: Ole Miss Offers Nick Richardson

2014 offensive tackle Nick Richardson received an offer from the Ole Miss Rebels on March 1st. This brings his total number of offers to seven.

The other teams to have offered at him include: the Bowling Green Falcons, the Cincinnati Bearcats, the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Maryland Terrapins, the Michigan State Spartans, and the Toledo Rockets.

He has not received offers, but is receiving interest from the Indiana Hoosiers, the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Michigan Wolverines, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Pittsburgh Panthers, the West Virginia Mountaineers  and the Wisconsin Badgers.

Richardson is a 6’5″, 285 pound offensive tackle from Westerville, Ohio.

He is currently a junior at Westerville Central High School.

The Westerville Central Warhawks finished with an overall record of 7-3 and a conference record of 4-3. They were ranked 76th in the state of Ohio.

Richardson is being recruited by Mike Tressel of Michigan State, Brian Ferentz of Iowa, Jerry Montgomery of Michigan, Luke Fickell of Ohio State, and Bill Bedenbaugh of West Virginia.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 11th in the state of Ohio, 18th among offensive tackles, and 196th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
