2014 tight end/outside linebacker Kevin Crosby received an offer from the LSU Tigers on February 22nd. This brings his total number of offers to twenty-nine.
The other teams to have offered at him include: Alabama, Clemson, Florida, South Carolina, Auburn, Boise State, Florida State, Kansas State, Louisville, Vanderbilt, Arizona State, East Carolina, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Maryland, Miami (OH), Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi State, North Carolina State, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Central Florida, and Virginia Tech.
Out of his twenty-nine offers, it is projected that Crosby is heavily interested in Alabama, Clemson, Florida, and South Carolina.
Crosby is a 6’2″, 236 pound iron man from Bamberg, South Carolina. He is currently a junior at Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School.
The Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders made it to the Class AA II South Carolina State Playoffs.
They made it to the quarterfinals, but lost to Silver Bluff High School, 13-14.
As a tight end in 2012, Crosby recorded 849 receiving yards on 28 receptions and twelve receiving touchdowns. As an outside linebacker in 2012, he recorded 69 tackles, 18 tackles-for-loss, nine sacks, four interceptions, and five forced fumbles.
The four-star recruit is currently ranked 8th in the state of South Carolina and 7th among tight ends of 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
