Illinois Football Recruiting: Dylan Thompson Visits Ohio State

2014 strong-side defensive end Dylan Thompson unofficially visited the Ohio State Buckeyes on February 22nd.

Thompson has offers from four teams. The teams to have offered at him are the Indiana Hoosiers, the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Out of his four offers, it is projected that he is most interested in the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Thompson is a 6’5″, 270 pound from Lombard, Illinois. He is currently a junior at Montini Catholic High School.

Montini Catholic had just a magical season in 2012.

The Broncos won the state championship of the Class 5A Illinois State Playoffs.

This state championship became Montini’s fourth straight state championship.

There are no rankings for this recruit by 247Sports.

For Illinois, Thompson is being recruited by linebackers coach, Mike Ward. He is being recruited by defensive line coach, Mike Vrabel, for Ohio State.
