2014 safety Darius West received an offer from the Kentucky Wildcats on February 13th. This brings his total number of offers to eleven.

The other teams to have offered at him include: Akron, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Louisville, Penn State, Purdue, Toledo, and West Virginia.
West is a 6’0″, 195 pound defensive back from Lima, Ohio. He is currently a junior at Lima Central Catholic High School.
Lima Central Catholic made it to the Division V Ohio State Playoffs. However, they lost to Liberty-Benton, 17-24, in the second round.
As a junior, he recorded 47 tackles, five interceptions, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
The four-star recruit is currently ranked 12th in the state of Ohio, 20th among safeties, and 212th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
