2014 wide receiver Derek Kief received offers from the Boston College Eagles and the Ohio State Buckeyes on February 14th. This brings his total number of offers to twelve.
The other teams to have offered at him include: Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Kent State, Kentucky, Maryland, Northwestern, Toledo, and Vanderbilt.
Out of his twelve offers, it is projected that he is heavily interested in the Kentucky Wildcats, the Northwestern Wildcats, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Kief is a 6’5″, 185 pound wide receiver from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently a junior at LaSalle High School.
The LaSalle Lancers finished 4-6 this past season and did not make it to the Ohio State Playoffs.
As a junior this season, Kief recorded 907 receiving yards on 65 receptions and nine receiving touchdowns.
The four-star recruit is currently ranked 4th in the state of Ohio, 14th among wide receivers, and 112th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
