Illinois Football Recruiting: Georgia Tech Offers Reilly Gibbons

2014 tight end/offensive tackle Reilly Gibbons received an offer from the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on February 12th. This brings his total number of offers to twenty-six.

The other teams to have offered at him include: Miami (FL), Florida, South Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia, Clemson, Cincinnati, Colorado, Duke, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi State, Missouri, North Carolina State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Northwestern, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Purdue, Rutgers, San Diego State, Vanderbilt, and Virginia.

Out of those twenty-two offers, it is projected that Gibbons is heavily interested in the Florida Gators, the Miami Hurricanes, the South Florida Bulls, the Tennessee Volunteers, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Gibbons is a 6’6″, 270 pound offensive lineman from Saint Petersburg, Florida.

He is a junior at St Petersburg Catholic.

St Petersburg Catholic did not make the Florida State Playoffs after finishing with an overall record of 4-6.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 17th in the state of Florida, 15th among offensive tackles, and 135th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
