2014 outside linebacker Kyle Berger received an offer from the Northwestern Wildcats on February 6th. This brings his total number of offers to eleven.
The other teams to have offered at him include: Boston College, Ohio State, Cincinnati, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
It is projected that Berger is heavily interested in the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Michigan Wolverines, the Michigan State Spartans, and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Berger is a 6’3″, 205 pound linebacker from Cleveland, Ohio. He is currently a junior at St. Ignatius High School.
The St. Ignatius Wildcats made it into the Division I Ohio State Playoffs. They lost to Mentor High School, 56-57, in their quarterfinal game.
As a junior, Berger recorded 44 tackles-for-loss and ten sacks.
The four-star recruit is currently ranked 19th in the state of Ohio and 22nd among outside linebackers among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
