Out of his eleven offers, it is projected that Barker is heavily interested in the Kentucky Wildcats and the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Barker is a 6’4″, 210 pound pro-style quarterback from Hebron, Kentucky. He is currently a junior at Conner High School.

The Conner Cougars made it into the Class 5A Kentucky State Playoffs. They lost in the second round to Franklin County High School, 59-62.

As a junior in 2012, Barker recorded 2,072 passing yards, 22 passing touchdowns, 1,455 rushing yards, and 18 rushing touchdowns. He was named a Second Team All-American by 247 Sports on February 10th.
