Illinois Football Recruiting: Michigan Visits Jauan Wesley

Michigan’s defensive coordinator Greg Mattison visited 2014 wide receiver Jauan Wesley on January 31st.

Wesley only has a single offer from the Illinois Fighting Illini.

He is a 5’11″, 160 pound wide receiver from Harvey, Illinois. He is currently a junior at Thornton Township High School in Chicago’s south suburbs.

Thornton Township made it into the Class 7A Illinois State Playoffs.

However, they lost to Downers Grove North, 13-29, in the second round of the state playoffs.

Wesley played very well as a junior for Thornton Township. In his junior season, he recorded 890 receiving yards on 44 receptions and 14 receiving touchdowns.
