Illinois Football Recruiting: Michigan State and Kent State Offer Daniel Cage

2014 defensive tackle Daniel Cage received offers from the Michigan State Spartans and the Kent State Golden Flashes on January 24th. This now brings his total number of offers to six.

The other teams to have offered at him are the Cincinnati Bearcats, the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, and the Indiana Hoosiers.

Cage is a 6’3″, 275 pound defensive lineman from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a junior at Winton Woods High School.

Winton Woods made it to the Division II Ohio State Playoffs. They lost to Trotwood-Madison, 20-27, in the second round.

The three-star recruit is currently ranked 30th in the state of Ohio and 28th among defensive tackles by 247Sports.
