Illinois Football Recruiting: Lawrence Marshall Visits Michigan

2014 weak-side defensive end Lawrence Marshall unofficially visited the Michigan Wolverines on January 24th.

He has offers from nine teams. These teams include: Ohio State, Bowling Green, Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, San Diego State, Syracuse, and Toledo.

Out of those nine offers, it is projected that Marshall is heavily interested in the Michigan Wolverines, the Michigan State Spartans, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Marshall is a 6’3″, 225 pound defensive end from Southfield, Michigan. He is a junior at Southfield High School.

Southfield made it into the Division 2 Michigan State Playoffs. They made it to the second round, but lost to Oak Park, 12-19.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 6th in the state of Michigan, 14th among weak-side defensive ends, and 246th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
