Illinois Football Recruiting: DeShone Kizer Visits Michigan State

2014 quarterback DeShone Kizer unioffially visited the Michigan State Spartans on January 13th for their junior day.

He has offers from ten teams. These teams include: Louisville, Michigan State, Nebraska, Boston College, Bowling Green, Illinois, Kentucky, Penn State, Syracuse, and Toledo.

Kizer is a 6’5″, 207 pound dual-threat quarterback from Toledo, Ohio. He is currently a junior at Central Catholic High School.

Central Catholic made it to the Division II Ohio State Playoffs. They defeated Trotwood-Madison, 16-12, to win the state championship.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 17th in the state of Ohio and 7th among dual-threat quarterbacks among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
