Illinois Football Recruiting: Ohio State Offers Lawrence Marshall

2014 weak-side defensive end Lawrence Marshall received an offer from the Ohio State Buckeyes on January 9th. This now brings his total number of offers to eight.

The teams to have offered at Marshall include: Ohio State, Bowling Green, Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, San Diego State, and Toledo.

Marshall is a 6’3″, 225 pound defensive end from Southfield, Michigan. He is a junior at Southfield High School.

Southfield made it into the Division 2 Michigan State Playoffs. They made it to the second round, but lost to Oak Park, 12-19.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 6th in the state of Michigan, 14th among weak-side defensive ends, and 246th nationally among 2014 high school recruits by 247Sports.
