Julian currently has offers from thirteen teams (including Toledo). Besides Toledo, he has offers from Arizona, Boston College, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Charlotte, Cincinnati, East Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Indiana, Marshall, Wisconsin, and Massachusetts.

Julian is a 6’5″, 180 pound quarterback from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He played this past season at Hilton Head High School.

Hilton Head made it into the South Carolina State Playoffs (Class AAA) this past season. However, they were bounced in the first round by Strom Thurmond, 62-20.

The three-star recruit is currently ranked 11th in the state of South Carolina, 38th among quarterbacks (pocket passers), and 350th among the Southeast region by ESPN.
