Illinois Football Recruiting: Michigan Offers Sam Mustipher

2014 defensive tackle/offensive guard Sam Mustipher received an offer from the Michigan Wolverines on December 21st. This now brings his total number of offers to thirteen.

The other teams that have offered at Mustipher include: Clemson, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Tulane, and West Virginia.

Mustipher is a 6’4″, 285 pound “iron man,” but is being recruited as an offensive guard. He is from Olney, Maryland and played this past season at Our Lady of Good Counsel high School.

Good Counsel made it to the WCAC Football Championship and defeated DeMatha High School, 26-14.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 5th in the state of Maryland, 11th among offensive guard, and 199th overall in the Class of 2014 by 247Sports.
