Illinois Football Recruiting: Mississippi State Offers Mikale Wilbon

The Mississippi State Bulldogs offered at Mikale Wilbon on December 18th. After receiving this offer, Wilbon’s total number of offers is now at six teams.

Besides Mississippi State, the other teams to have offered at Mikale Wilbon include the Arizona State Sun Devils, the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Indiana Hoosiers, the Iowa Hawkeyes, and the Purdue Boilermakers.

Wilbon is a 5’9″, 195 pound running back from Chicago, Illinois. He played this past season at De La Salle Institute.

De La Salle Institute finished with a record of 4-5 overall and 4th in the Chicago Catholic – White. They did not make the Illinois State Playoffs.

As a junior this season, Wilbon recorded 863 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns.

The four-star recruit is currently ranked 3rd in the state of Illinois, 12th among running backs, and 128th overall in the Class of 2014 by 247Sports.
