2013 inside linebacker Nick Ramirez made the choice of where to play his college ball. Ramirez committed to the Kansas State Wildcats on Thursday. He choose the Wildcats over offers from Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Purdue.
Ramirez is a 6’2″, 225 pound inside linebacker from Lees Summit, Missouri. He played this past season at Lee’s Summit West High School.
Lee’s Summit West made it to the Class 5A Missouri State playoffs and earned a first round bye.
However, they made it to the quarterfinals, but lost to Ozark High School, 23-26.
He is highly-regarded for his overall run support as he is stellar against both the inside and outside run.
The four-star linebacker is ranked 2nd in the state of Missouri, 9th among inside linebackers, and 189th among high school recruits by 247Sports.
Kansas State has 16 commitments from the class of 2013.
